My Burnout Thing is a personal exploration about – you guessed it – burnout.  That is, when a person is feeling burned out…like really wired-tired for a good stint. 

And I’m hoping this site is personal for both of us (being a burnout blog, this baby is interactive). 

Through My Burnout Thing we will be discovering some prevention tactics to burnout; burnout signs, symptoms and myths; that madcap duo: chronic fatigue (CFS/ME) and adrenal fatigue; how to extract support from clueless loved ones; and managing those smelly, uninvited burnout hitchhikers: stress, depression and anxiety.

I’ll also be taking a few potshots at the workplace, our society…and, of course, at myself.
